JGS gets lunch prepared by the Bartlett School kitchen crew, picked up and served by Lisa White, JGS Lunch Coordinator. Here’s the link to the JBES lunch menu. JGS students have a choice between the main dish and PBJ. Monthy Lunch Menu
Important information about free and reduced lunch:
- You can apply online using this link: EZMealapp When you reach the prompt to search for district, type "SAU #9"
- Families must reapply each year by October 15, even if they qualified last year.
- The application is a bit tricky, and I am happy to help you complete it.
- Other students will not be able to tell that your child is receiving free or reduced lunch.

JGS School Lunch FAQs for 2025-2026
Question: What is the best way to pay for lunch?
Answer: You can send in cash or check, or sign up for Online Payments
Questions? Call Susan in the school office - 603-383-6861. Lunch costs $3.85 and includes milk. If your student would like milk to go with their home lunch, it's $.50.
Question: Will a snack be included with lunch?
Answer: No. You will have to pack a snack each day for your student.
Question: How does my student sign up for lunch?
Answer: Each morning your student will sign up with their classroom teacher. If your student is not likely to remember if it is home lunch or school lunch please send in a note or email for your student's teacher.
Question: What if my student is going to be tardy/ late - can he/she still get lunch?
Answer: Yes. Please call or email Susan in the school office by 9am:

Question: What happens if my child discovers they don't have a lunch and has not ordered lunch - and it's lunchtime?
Answer: Miss Lisa can make them a PBJ and most likely provide sides once all the students who did order are served.
